About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Summer Fulfillment & Office Assistant to join our team at our Toronto headquarters.

This is a full-time summer position supporting our Fulfillment team as we prepare and ship educational materials to customers across North America. The majority of your time will be spent helping process orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are ready for delivery to our online and in-person campuses.

You will also assist with a variety of general office tasks and projects as needed.

This is a great opportunity for a college or university student who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and wants to gain experience in a professional office environment.

Position Details

$20.00 per hour Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. July start date (as soon as possible) End of August, with some flexibility 100% onsite at our Toronto headquarters

Responsibilities

Fulfillment Support (approximately 85%)

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments for our online campuses and customers Assemble and organize materials for our brick-and-mortar campuses Verify order contents and quantities Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment Help maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment area

Office Support (approximately 15%)

Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization Support administrative projects as needed Perform other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university program Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is an asset)

Nice to Have

Previous experience in an office, retail, warehouse, or customer service environment Experience working with inventory, shipping, or order fulfillment
