- This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday's.
Reporting to the Marketing Program Manager, the Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing marketing and communication strategies that strengthen Urban Barn’s brand image and drive customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and distribute marketing, promotional and e-commerce communications to stores, warehouses, and Home Offices.
- Monitor and respond to Marketing inquiries while coordinating with appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Support coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, and traditional media.
- Provide marketing administration and support, including image and product trackers, photoshoot coordination, and participation in special projects and committees as needed.
- Support marketing and PR events including seasonal launches, store openings, media opportunities, and in-store events.
- Manage print production, vendor relationships, and logistics for promotional materials, store displays, seasonal launches, point-of-sale materials, and events, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage and track marketing budget invoices using the tracking tool, ensuring timely payments through collaboration with the accounts payable/finance department.

- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes, embracing change with a positive mindset
- Strong team player who builds positive, respectful relationships across all levels
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
What You Bring
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Bilingual language skills (French & English) are an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications is an asset
