About the role

Luther College High School invites applications for a part-time Study Supervisor for the 2025-2026 school year beginning October, 2025 until June 30, 2026. Reporting to the Vice Principal of Student Life, the Study Supervisor plays a key role in the supervision of minor students in the library.

Responsibilities

  • Working Monday – Thursday from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in the library.
  • Responsible for the supervision of students.
  • Assist students with study related questions and assist with accessing library materials.
  • Develop a good rapport with students.
  • Serve as a positive role model to students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or graduate of a post-secondary institution.
  • Applicable experience working with students and/or youth.
  • Previous experience working in a library environment would be considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • A criminal record check will be required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $16.00 per hour.
