Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Warehouseperson, who will be responsible for general shipping/receiving and warehousing duties at our facility in Kamloops.

Job Description:
- Picking customer and branch parts orders
- Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
- Sorting and binning incoming stock
- Loading and unloading of the parts trucks
**Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision
- TDG and WHMIS certification, coupled with forklift training will be considered assets
- Previous warehousing and core inspection experience, as well as computer literacy are also desired
- Previous parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset.
- Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG.
- A strong commitment to safety is imperative
**Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement**
Important Details:
- This is a part time position on a Monday -Friday (5x2) shift based in Kamloops
- Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement.
