Fast growing Service Company located in the DC metropolitan area, seeking highly motivated self-starters. Unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Canvass Team Leader
This position is responsible for leading and supervising the canvas team by engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door to door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser Team Leader to gather accurate data from the canvass team regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
Duties And Responsibilities
Always be positive and enthusiastic about company services.
Keep up to date on product and service changes.
Keep up to date on all existing and new company policies.
Maintain neat, and well organized canvassing binders.
Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform at all times
Always follow all company policies.
Attend Company Meetings As Required
Provide feedback of canvassing results to the Team Leader.
Advise Team Leader of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company.
You should have . . .
1 year or less outside sales experience (preferred) Experience in a business to business setting (hospitality, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, food service) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong Leadership Skills Excellent organizational skills The ability to " self start " and work independently The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
