We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and AI. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll build and optimize campaigns that generate qualified investor leads for clients (publicly traded companies) while helping shape the future of AI-powered marketing workflows. If you're someone who enjoys testing new ideas, analyzing performance, embracing emerging technology, and owning campaigns from concept to conversion, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities include
Manage paid advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, X, and other emerging platforms Plan and optimize CTV/OTT campaigns through user platform Build and manage retargeting campaigns across multiple channels Create lead generation campaigns for Clients Develop B2B marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities Build high-converting landing pages in Webflow Create digital advertising assets, banners, and campaign creative using Canva and AI tools Develop thought leadership campaigns that position BTV’s clients as an industry leader Build and optimize email marketing and nurture campaigns in HubSpot Monitor campaign performance and continually improve ROI through testing and optimization Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights Stay ahead of new digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advertising platforms QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing Strong understanding of paid social advertising Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills Highly organized and self-motivated Curious, adaptable, and eager to experiment with new technologies Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Investor Relations or capital markets marketing Lead Gen / Marketing for publicly traded companies CTV/OTT advertising B2B demand generation AI workflow automation or AI agent implementation Prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation Tools You'll Use HubSpot Webflow Canva Meta Ads Manager Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Reddit Ads X Ads CTV Platforms ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging AI platforms
