What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with organizations that depend on life safety solutions.

Developnew business opportunitiesthrough company lead follow-ups, industry contacts, tender sites, and market awareness

Manage and growexisting customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand safety solutions and services
-
Work closely withinside sales and technical teamsto deliver accurate and timely quotes
-
Visit customer sites to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate life safety solutions
-
Act as theface of our Life Safety offeringsto municipalities, industrial operators, and commercial customers
-
Maintain and manage opportunities, account activity, and pipeline visibility usingCRM tools
-
Stay current onmunicipal fire codes, industrial safety standards, and regulatory changesaffecting customers
-
Participate inproduct training, supplier updates, and certification opportunities
-
Represent K&D Pratt atindustry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Travel & Territory
- This role includes travel to customer locations withinNew Brunswick****and Prince Edward Island.

What You Bring
-3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in Fire Fighting industry, industrial, safety, municipal, construction, or technical solution-based sales

Demonstrated successdeveloping new business while growing existing customer relationships
-
Strongrelationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions
-
Ability tomanage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate activity within CRM systems
-
Comfortable workingindependently in a territory-based rolewhile collaborating with inside sales and technical teams
-
Validdriver’s licenseand willingness to travel within your assigned territory
-
Interest in learning and staying current onFire Protection equipment, life safety technologies, and regulatory standards
Experience in municipal Fire safety equipment, industrial safety, or related industries is considered an asset but not required.
