General Labourer - Warehouse, Yard & Shop Support

Paramount Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This hands-on role supports our warehouse, yard, and shop operations to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Move materials, tools, and equipment where needed
- Keep the warehouse, yard, shop, and parking areas clean and organized
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if required)
- Complete basic paperwork and reports accurately
- Support general repairs, maintenance, and outdoor upkeep
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Help with other daily tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous labour, warehouse, yard, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Asphalt repair or general maintenance experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required (Class 3 is an asset)
- Able to pass pre-employment screening if required
