Email Integration Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Sales, Marketing an Communications

Put your expertise in the spotlight As an Email Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful integration and optimization of email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure the efficient deployment of email strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities SFMC Integration:
- Implement and manage end-to-end integration of email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow between SFMC and other relevant platforms.
Automation Workflow Development
- Design and build marketing automation workflows to streamline and optimize email campaign processes.
- Implement trigger-based and personalized email journeys to enhance customer engagement.
Data Synchronization
- Ensure accurate synchronization of customer data between SFMC and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly.
Personalization And Segmentation
- Utilize SFMC capabilities to create personalized and targeted email campaigns.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant content to specific customer segments.
Testing And Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize email campaigns.
- Implement best practices for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
Reporting And Analytics
- Develop and maintain regular reports on email campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall email marketing effectiveness.
Compliance And Best Practices
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Implement and enforce email marketing policies and guidelines.
- Implement and participate in QA for each email campaign including daily and seasonal initiatives
Documentation
- Support the documentation of all important initiatives and processes that we use on the team, using: Jira, Confluence and other relevant tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrating and managing email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (2-3 years experience)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (desired but not mandatory).

- Bilingual
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
