As a Market Research Manager (internally an Account Manager), you will be part of a team of dynamic and passionate professionals. You will play a key role in providing strategic information to our clients. What you can expect to be doing:

  • Convert client briefs into powerful and relevant research proposals
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from study design to interpretation and presentation of results
  • Be the liaison with various key internal operations groups (scripting, data collection, data processing and reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
  • Responsible for quality assurance throughout the life cycle of the project

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a research environment (research firm experience an asset)
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline (marketing, economics, administration, social sciences, etc.)
  • Must be bilingual - writing and speaking (French and English)
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client focus oriented to customer service
  • Motivated and autonomous with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with a constant attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Thrives within a team environment
  • Curiosity and intellectual rigour
