Drive Strategic Growth Through Ownership and Results
Are you excited by the idea of owning end-to-end marketing campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue? Are you a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our B2B SaaS marketing team and help us accelerate growth in our Knowledge line of business.
Your mission? Own the campaign plan, drive results, and ensure we consistently meet pipeline objectives. You will play a central role in shaping, executing, and optimizing multi-channel programs that fuel demand and deliver measurable impact.
As our Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of the campaign plan for your line of business, building a strong calendar of programs and marketing mix to support GTM priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Knowledge Marketing lead, customer marketing, partner marketing, the EMEA team, and ABM team to design integrated campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
- Lead planning and execution of multi-channel programs—including digital campaigns, webinars, trade shows, partner activations, and content syndication—working with digital, creative, and MOPs teams.
- Own accountability for key KPIs including Responses, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Manage your budget for your line of business: track spend, manage invoices, reconcile actuals with Finance, and ensure budget efficiency across programs.
- Track and analyze performance data, using insights to project pipeline contribution and optimize campaigns in-flight to ensure objectives are met.
- Report results regularly to the Knowledge Marketing lead, PMMs, and Sales Leaders, with insights and clear recommendations.
- Coach and guide teammates, sharing best practices and elevating campaign execution across the team.
- Stay collaborative and hands-on, contributing ideas and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience with strong campaign management and demand generation expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
- Proven ability to own and execute integrated campaign plans across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in hitting funnel KPIs (Responses → MQLs → SALs → SQLs → Wins), pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Salesforce expertise is required; experience with Marketo and 6sense is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to project and measure pipeline contribution.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage complex calendars and multiple programs simultaneously.

- Experience in digital advertising for B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Track record of proactively suggesting ideas and adjusting campaigns in-flight to improve performance.
- Strong ability to balance strategy and execution—you can define the plan, but also dive into the details to make it happen.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to partner effectively across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other marketers.
