About Us TechyCamp is a growing technical education platform dedicated to empowering students and professionals with in-demand tech skills. We are looking for an energetic and driven Junior Sales Assistant to join our team and help connect eager learners with our tech programs. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Assistant to manage our sales pipeline and lead follow-ups. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our technical courses and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilties Initiate proactive calls and follow-ups with prospective leads to present and explain course offerings. Accurately maintain and update lead information, statuses, and interactions within sales tracking systems. Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries related to curriculum details, scheduling, and pricing. Build and sustain positive relationships with potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process to close sales successfully. Work closely with the sales team to improve sales pitches, outreach methods, and overall engagement strategies. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to convert prospects into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Organize daily workflows to ensure timely follow-up and management of lead pipelines. Utilize email communication tools and customer relationship management systems efficiently for sales activities.
What we Offer 20-30K PKR + Uncapped sales commission of every sales Remote (Part time 4 hours per/day) Pakistan time zone
