As a Senior NLP Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that transform user experiences and drive innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent tools that streamline workflows and enable professionals to work more efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to explore large language models (LLMs), apply cutting-edge AI techniques, and deliver high-impact projects that blend research and production engineering. Accountabilities

• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to enhance user experiences.
• Design and implement solutions powered by large language models (LLMs) to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and software developers in an agile environment across multiple projects.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and deliver ML-driven product features.
• Experiment with open-source and commercial AI APIs to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, model evaluation, and performance optimization efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in NLP and machine learning, with a strong focus on large language models and generative AI.
• Hands-on expertise with transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation of NLP-based systems.
• Strong background in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience working with both open-source LLMs and commercial APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar).
• Proficiency in cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing complex, unstructured datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
• A track record of mentoring or leading others in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
