What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative (12-Month Contract) As a fully licensed Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our commercial clients and Commercial Insurance Specialists. You’ll ensure every interaction is a great experience by delivering efficient, flawless service. From handling policy adjustments and client inquiries to collaborating with internal teams like Underwriting, Billing, Risk Services, and Claims, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and maintaining strong relationships.

You Have

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound time-management skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual skills (French/English) is an asset

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 which reflects the expected base pay. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
