About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track KPIs such quote data from generation to close and customer volume reporting.
- Identify potential leads for Sales Associates, utilizing databases. Such as RPRA.
- Evaluate and improve sales workflows, including lead routing.
- Support the rollout of lead generation database and tracking.
- Collect feedback from the sales team on lead generation.
- Compile information from multiple sources for bids and tenders.
- Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing the Company’s diverse service offerings.
- Verify account details and ensure the accurate flow of information within the department.
- Quickly adapts to new situations and approaches; open to change and readily adopts new methods on the face of shifting priorities.
- Prepare and distribute various reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects.
- An independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills to work across functions.
- Waste management industry experience an asset.
- Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through.
- Exceptional communication both verbal and written.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office, along with high attention to detail.
