Support Agent — Level 1

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about customer service — someone who loves solving user requests in a hands-on way and creating a simple, human, and efficient experience.

Mission

As a Level 1 Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll answer questions, handle requests, and resolve common issues to provide fast, high-quality support.

Working closely with other teams, you’ll help continuously improve the customer experience and ensure the Dreeven platform runs smoothly.

Profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service (SaaS or construction industry experience is an asset)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Patience, attention to detail, and autonomy in problem-solving
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable using support tools (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, etc.)
