As a Training Advisor, you will work with electrical apprentices, employers and host companies to ensure learners are supported from induction through to completion. This role blends coaching, relationship management, pastoral care and operational excellence. If you enjoy helping people grow and you understand the electrical trade, this is a meaningful and rewarding role.
Job Description What you will be doing:
- Onboard new apprentices and employers, completing training agreements accurately and on time
- Coach apprentices through regular check ins, progress reviews and goal setting
- Provide strong pastoral care, connecting learners with wellbeing or learning support when needed
- Partner with employers to ensure apprentices gain the right on the job experience
- Maintain accurate records and use SAMS, Selma and Moodle to track learner progress
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, host companies and tutors
About You Desired Skills and Experience
- You will be a Qualified Electrician
- Experience in apprenticeship support, mentoring, training or career guidance
- Strong relationship building, communication and problem solving skills
- Great organisation and time management
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
