Position Overview
Our client is seeking an IT Analyst II (Level 2) to provide hands-on technical support and administration across a Microsoft-centric environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and maintaining endpoint devices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting enterprise technologies in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and end-user issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Server environments. Manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations through Microsoft technologies, including Intune. Support network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and firewall configurations. Monitor, track, and resolve incidents using the organization's ticketing platform. Configure, deploy, and support Lenovo laptops and Apple Mac devices. Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Escalate complex issues when required and collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution. Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT service management processes.

Additional Information
Fully onsite position (5 days per week). No travel between office locations required. Looking for a candidate with an open-minded, customer-focused approach and strong troubleshooting capabilities. Interviews are expected to take place next week.
