The Patient Care Coordinator will perform all general administrative duties, along with client and lab outreach/communication and support the clinicians in office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, reviewing emails, sending and receiving faxes
- Maintaining clients files and charting interactions
- Facilitating payment by preparation of funding documents and maintaining knowledge of funding systems
- Assisting with inventory management
- Provide clients with details cost estimates and clear explanations of pricing and product options
- Maintaining quality service by following company standards, policies and procedures, and addressing customer concerns as they occur
- Coordinating flow of information and client care with the referring Sleep Testing Facility
- Seeking to continuously improve the operation of the office by evaluating processes and workflow and participating in other quality improvement activities
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team; have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma required; higher education experience in health science or related field is considered an asset
- Sales and administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written), organizational and presentation skills
- Positive, professional, healthcare-oriented demeanor, passion for patient care within your community
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask
- Strong computer literacy; proficient in in business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
