About the role

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic workplace? Join us as our HR & Office Coordinator (Co-op) for January 2026 and take part in meaningful HR projects while learning the essentials of office operations.

What You’ll DoAs our HR & Office Coordinator (Co-op), you will:

  • Learn and work with Collage HRIS to track time off, support quarterly vacation liability reporting, and generate reports for Finance.
  • Assist with coordinating timesheets for the Network team.
  • Support performance management and annual salary review processes.
  • Help with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support office operations such as organizing snacks, events, and company townhalls.
  • Assist with research on HR and employment legislation changes, and support related initiatives (e.g., DEI programs, Joint Health & Safety Committee).
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Provide general HR and office support to keep our workplace running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
