Your Responsibilities: Present and counsel guests regarding the purchase of insurance, warranty, and maintenance products available for sale. Ensure guests understand every component of the sale. Accurately and justly represent the guest with all financing providers. Work with the sales team to help close client sales. Research vehicle liens on trade-ins or dealer trades; verify all vehicles have correct titles, tax and lien information. Track and record sales performance accordingly. Prepare policy remittances and sales reports for management. Research and propose new ideas and business office products/concepts, pricing and presentation strategies. Ensure payment for all contracts accurately, inclusive of all rebates owed by both Honda and external (Government). Accurately complete all paperwork as dictated by financial provider’s policies and mitigate risk against audit.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Financial Services Manager Organization: Strong Organizational and Prioritization skills Technical Skills: Familiarity with Deskit, Dealersocket, CDK, and First Canadian suite or products Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
