Skills and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Search Engine (Coveo) and Content Management System (CMS)Management, Maintenance and Development

Maintenance Perform regular updates and troubleshooting to ensure both the search engine and CMS operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring performance, addressing technical issues and implementing necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.

Improvement Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of both CMS and the search engine. This involves integrating Coveo with other systems, developing new features and optimizing existing functionalities to better support content creation, editing, curation, approval and monitoring process.

Data Analysis Collect and analyze data related to both CMS usage and the search engine to gain insights into cont ent performance, user behavior and search performance. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions for improving the CMS, its content governance processes and to fine-tune the AI, enhancing the relevancy of search results.

Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify content gap and search relevance gaps.

Training and Support Provide training and support to users across the organization to ensure they can effectively find the knowledge they need to dotheir job.

Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of the configuration,processes and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharingacross the divisions.

Compliance and Security Ensure the CMS complies with relevant regulations, standards and security protocols. Implement measures to protect content and data integrity, confidentiality and availability. Consultation expertise

As CoE of KM, provide expert AI search functionality and CMS management advice and recommendations to business partners.

Represent the team as knowledge management expert on various workingcommittees.

Develop and execute KM plans that capture tacit knowledge as well as foster knowledge-sharing and collab
