As a Compensation Technician, you will play a key role in processing, analyzing and explaining sales force compensation data. What you will accomplish with us As a Compensation Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Analyze and process requests for information and modifications related to the compensation of the sales force, i.e., representatives and advisors at iA who sell, recommend and distribute the company’s financial products and services; Provide customer service by email and phone; Analyze transactions and provide the necessary explanations by referring to commission grids; Explain compensation rules as well as various bonuses and contests to the sales force; Use various computer systems to make file updates and ensure proper follow-up; Identify out-of-the-ordinary situations and participate in finding solutions in a LEAN environment. What could accelerate your success in this position We are looking for a person who: Holds a college diploma or university degree in administration, financial services or a related field; Has 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, financial services, or a related field; Is recognized for their rigor, attention to quality and strong analytical mindset; Stands out for their customer service skills, courtesy and empathy; Demonstrates strong numerical ability and sound judgment; Advance level of French proficiency, as the person will be required to communicate, explain and process requests with the French-speaking sales force on a daily basis.
