BIMM is booming, so we're looking for a Program Manager – Dealer Services to join our team!
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Who we're looking for
We're seeking a Program Manager for our growing Automotive Dealer Services business. This person will be responsible for the delivery of our dealer website maintenance programs while ensuring all client needs are met on time and on budget. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and energetic individual who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions for their clients, is detail oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the program is being executed efficiently by coordinating the internal teams, other agency resources and workflow processes
- Fully understand the clients' business and maintain automotive retailing industry knowledge
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and their partners
- Take an active role building on our current operating model to evolve as our clients' needs change and grow
- Work closely with the department leads to define detailed project timelines & estimates and to schedule work effectively, then manage client expectations on delivery dates
- Keep Senior Leadership informed and escalate issues as required
- Anticipate and resolve internal operational challenges and leverage the support of the leadership team as needed
- Assist with managing internal budgets
- Manage the day-to-day client budgets against resourcing, team capacity and hiring
- Collaborate with Finance on monthly reporting and invoicing
- Take an active role in building a positive culture here at BIMM
- Take an active role in building team cohesion and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in an agency environment
- Solid understanding of agency and digital processes
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic SEO principles
- A background in automotive digital marketing is preferred but not required
- Track record of building strong, consultative client relationships
- Solid presentation skills and phone skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to also motivate others, lead team members and delegate tasks

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
