Gestionnaire régional(e) de la formation Résumé du poste Le ou la Gestionnaire régional(e) de la formation est responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des programmes de formation dans plusieurs sites de la région désignée. Ce rôle supervise les horaires de formation en personne, gère une équipe de formateurs et veille à ce que les processus de formation soient conformes aux normes opérationnelles et de sécurité. La personne titulaire du poste collabore également avec les spécialistes de l'expérience candidat (CX) pour offrir une intégration positive et assurer la conformité.

Responsabilités principales

  • Mise en œuvre des programmes de formation Appliquer les programmes de formation de l'entreprise au niveau régional, en assurant la cohérence et le respect des normes. Collaborer avec les gestionnaires locaux pour offrir une formation efficace aux nouvelles recrues et pour la sécurité.
  • Gestion des formateurs Superviser et planifier les horaires des formateurs, maintenir leurs certifications et assurer la conformité. Ajuster les charges de travail et les horaires selon les besoins tout en respectant les budgets.
  • Expérience candidat et communication Travailler avec les spécialistes CX pour suivre la progression des candidats et communiquer clairement les attentes et les horaires de formation.
  • Conformité et rapports Assurer la conformité avec les lois fédérales, provinciales et les politiques internes. Maintenir des dossiers précis et produire des rapports sur les activités de formation et la performance des formateurs.
  • Qualité et amélioration continue Surveiller la qualité des formations, fournir des rétroactions et collaborer à l'amélioration des contenus et des méthodes.
  • Planification des ressources et soutien Garantir un nombre suffisant de formateurs, participer au recrutement et offrir un appui pratique lors des périodes de pointe ou en cas d'absence.

Exigences minimales

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion, idéalement en formation ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Connaissance des réglementations fédérales et provinciales en matière de formation.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes de gestion de formation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps.
  • Permis de conduire valide.

Area Training Manager Job Summary The Area Training Manager is responsible for implementing and managing training programs across multiple locations within a designated area. This role oversees in-person training schedules, manages a team of trainers, and ensures training processes align with operational and safety standards. The Area Training Manager also works closely with Candidate Experience (CX) Specialists to provide a positive onboarding experience and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Delivery Implement company training programs at the area level, ensuring consistency and alignment with standards. Collaborate with location managers to deliver effective onboarding and safety training.
  • Trainer Management Supervise and schedule trainers, maintain certifications, and ensure compliance. Adjust workloads and schedules as needed while managing budgets.
  • Candidate Experience & Communication Partner with CX Specialists to monitor candidate progress and provide clear communication about training schedules and expectations.
  • Compliance & Reporting Ensure all training activities meet federal, provincial, and company requirements. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on training activities and trainer performance.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor training quality, provide feedback to trainers, and collaborate on improving training content and methods.
  • Resource Planning & Support Ensure adequate trainer coverage, assist with recruitment, and provide hands-on support during peak periods or trainer absences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience, ideally in training or a related field.
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial training regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Valid driver's license.
