Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator to support the development and coordination of Revit models for electrical systems on the Union Station Enhancement Project. This role involves modeling conduit systems, ensuring code compliance (CEC, NEC, OBC), and working closely with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated and constructible deliverables.

Location

This role is for our projects based in Toronto, ON. Your first assignment will be at Union Station.

Responsibilities

  • Model and coordinate power, communication, fire alarm, BAS, and lighting systems in Revit.
  • Use Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  • Update models based on design changes and site conditions.
  • Generate shop drawings and perform quality checks for code compliance.
  • Conduct site reviews for model validation and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Architectural, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of electrical BIM/Revit experience (infrastructure or transit projects preferred).
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of CEC, NEC, and OBC.
  • Field experience or Journeyman Electrician license is an asset. #LI-IS1
