Position Title

Supply Chain Management Non-credit Instructor

Faculty/Instructor Profile

Continuing Education and Corporate Training is seeking a part-time, term instructor to teach Supply Chain Management in a workforce development program. The successful candidate will support adult learners in developing industry-relevant skills while fostering an inclusive, learner-centered environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.

Position Responsibilities

Instructor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering in-person instruction in supply chain management to these key areas: data analytics, inventorymanagement, procurement, negotiation, logistics, and transportation.

  • Engaging learners in developing skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication relevant to thesupply chain industry.

  • Providing timely feedback, support, and guidance to learners.

  • Creating a supportive learning environment that addresses both academic and personal challenges adult learners may face.

  • Collaborating with the Continuing Education and Corporate Training team to maintain a cohesive, high-quality educational experience.

Required Qualifications

Industry experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching adult learners.
