Intern, I&T - Organizational Change Management & Communications This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
Job Summary The Intern - Organizational Change Management & Communications supports the I&T Organizational Change Management team. This role is designed for students who have recently graduated or are nearing graduation and want hands-on experience in organizational change management and communications. The intern will assist with basic change management activities, help prepare communication materials, and support training logistics, while gaining exposure to business changes, transformation processes and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and workshops for change management initiatives
- Help draft and edit communication materials such as email, newsletters, event announcements, and presentations
- Support the organization and distribution of training materials and resources
- Help maintain document repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure files are up to date
- Assist with collecting and organizing feedback from stakeholders and training participants
- Provide basic administrative support to the change management and communications team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving communication and training processes
- Stay informed about current trends in organizational change and communications
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program related to communications, human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, French considered an asset)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Education
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset
