About the role
Supplier Relations & Events Coordinator Toronto, ON | Hybrid | $50,000–$55,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced travel industry professional who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, working with numbers, and bringing events to life? Our client, a well-established and respected organization in the Canadian travel industry, is looking for a Supplier Relations & Events Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid Toronto-based role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of supplier management, financial administration, reporting, and event coordination. What You'll Be Doing Manage supplier agreements, contracts, and databases. Review sales reports, reconcile payments, and ensure commercial agreements are fulfilled. Prepare invoices, resolve discrepancies, and track supplier performance metrics. Produce internal reporting and revenue analysis. Coordinate supplier meetings, business reviews, and administrative projects. Assist with RFPs, venue sourcing, and supplier negotiations. Plan and coordinate conferences, meetings, and corporate events from start to finish. Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Provide on-site support during events and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees and partners. What We're Looking For Previous experience in the travel industry Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting fundamentals. Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting. Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, or corporate events. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Additional language skills are an asset, with Spanish considered a bonus.
