We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a fast-growing manufacturing company that is strengthening its Application IT team to support a significant increase in projects, particularly around its ERP. As part of the Oracle EBS Application IT team, your mission will be to understand, structure, and translate business needs into high-quality application solutions, while actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Participate in the design and modeling of application solutions.
• Contribute to the definition, coordination, and execution of test scenarios.
• Involve operations teams in user acceptance testing and obtain their approval.
• Support solution implementations through training and operational support.
• Document and map business processes.
• Analyze costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of proposed changes.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• College or university degree in a relevant field (IT, Business Administration, Accounting).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis.
• Mandatory experience in an ERP environment – Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong understanding of business cycles and application systems.
• Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating workshops.
• Bilingual in French and English (required) due to ongoing collaboration with Ontario and the United States.
• Experience in financial, manufacturing, and distribution systems.
• This position is 4 days on-site and 1 day remote**
