About the Role:

We're looking for an IT Helper to join our End-User Computing (EUC) team. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced IT environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Help pack and prepare PC workstations and equipment to be shipped to remote users.
  • Follow a checklist to make sure all items are included, labeled, and ready to go.
  • Keep track of inventory and help organize hardware and accessories.
  • Work with the EUC team to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you notice the small things that matter.
  • Able to lift and move equipment (up to 20 lbs).
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and staying organized.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge is a plus (not required).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
