About the role

Role is hybrid; onsite Monday, Tuesday and Thursday We’re looking for a strategic problem solver who excels at tactical execution and is passionate about improving processes. As part of the Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team, you will help implement strategies, programs, tools, and processes that drive sales, improve customer experience, and foster innovation. These solutions often involve introducing new technical capabilities or transforming business processes to support evolving sales and program execution teams.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience driving process improvement projects and leading project implementations, especially Salesforce.
  • Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Territory Management, Marketing Cloud.
  • Six Sigma, SDLC, and Business Analysis / Project Management certification a plus.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis and Project Management, including change management, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements elicitation, documenting use cases, coordinating sprint demos, user acceptance testing, scoping, timeline management, deployment/cutover support, and user training.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales channels and managing global projects with region-specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Technologically curious with a solid understanding of relevant technology concepts.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of your work and effectively prioritize.

Description As a Business Process Analyst in BPR, you will lead initiatives for new business requirements or enhancements, from design and testing to implementation and business readiness. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle at a high level while also being hands-on where needed.

Responsibilities Include

  • Gathering requirements/user stories/use cases from subject matter experts and collaborating with global teams to ensure local and regional needs are met.
  • Preparing business teams for system and process changes, including planning and delivering training and change management initiatives.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and solve business problems while driving process improvements and application development initiatives.
  • Recommending process innovation and efficiencies through analysis, user experience insights, observations, and industry best practices.
  • Negotiating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove barriers and deliver high-quality results.
  • Building Salesforce reports and dashboards for business partners.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues in a timely manner.

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree a plus.
