What You’ll Do:

The Member Experience Representative is excited about the opportunity to engage with our members and deliver a memorable member experience when assisting members digitally. The Member Experience Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact and providing a high level of service to members and prospective members. The Member Experience Representative has a thorough knowledge of financial products and services and demonstrates excellent communication skills and has the ability to identify member needs and makes referrals as appropriate.
What You Have:
Required Education and Experience

Post-secondary diploma in a related field plus a minimum of two-years related experience in customer service.

Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work expanded hours when necessary, and should be capable of working from home as required.
Skills and Abilities
-
Provides assistance in resolving account related problems or refers to the appropriate personnel to rectify. Assists members with making the most effective use of digital service offerings.

Proactively encourages member to use self-service technologies such as ATMs, online banking, mobile banking, E-Statements, direct deposit, and guides members to use digital services.

Provides account services to members in a courteous and professional manner by receiving, processing and recording financial transactions when required.

Uses Know Your Member (KYM) to track requests, update member information and refer to other personnel or departments as required.

Assists members with card services including debit, Debit MasterCard and Collabria Credit cards.

Cross sells credit union products and services and assists members to utilize these products and services digitally.

Assists members with opening new accounts via ASAPP.

Maintains confidentiality of member information and ensures all internal material is kept secure as all times.

Schedule appointments for members and provide information regarding specific documentation that may be required.

Contributes to the success of the organization by accomplishing corporate and individual goals.

Salary range for this position: $45,100 - 50,090
