Product and Innovation Coordinator

Reports to: Director, Product Innovation and Optimization

Location: Vancouver, BC

Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience

COBS Bread is looking for a Product and Innovation Coordinator for our Vancouver Support office. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate product and system data as our product portfolio continues to grow.

Responsibilities includes:

• Coordinate product innovation and strategic projects, including timelines, task tracking, and reporting
• Support new product launches, trials, and market tests; gather and report feedback
• Maintain product information across systems, ensuring accuracy of pricing, costings, and attributes
• Create and maintain product launch pages, training materials, and internal communications
• Coordinate events such as Bread Shows, Bake Days, and regional meetings
• Support process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supporting projects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and project tools
• Comfortable working with databases, portals, and documentation systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative work style
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel occasionally
