We are currently seeking motivated, reliable, and outgoing team players to join our Atlantic Canada team as Part-Time Parking Attendants for morning shifts.

Responsabilities
OPERATIONS:
Greeting and welcoming guests to the property Monitor and control access at the parking lot entrance by checking IDs and allowing authorized vehicles to enter. Ensure all signs are posted and in good condition Enforce parking rules and regulations consistently, including issuing warnings or tickets for violations. Provide courteous assistance and directions to customers/parkers when needed. Maintain accurate records of incidents, violations, and daily activity logs. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or suspicious activity to management promptly. Follow all safety procedures while on duty. Cleaning the work area, signs and parking area as needed, including key sanitization and litter pick up Answering any questions that guests may have (providing directions, etc.) Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with all customers Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures
Customer Relationship
Build positive relationships with customers Note the nature of complaints received by customers, and actively help develop and suggest solutions Communicate verbally with customers and clients in English
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent High level of interpersonal skills, including poise and diplomacy Previous customer service experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to make decisions under pressure, demonstrate resourcefulness, and handle various situations effectively. Good communication skills, both verbally and written Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service Ability to work with a team Position is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions (free uniform provided). Requires standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift. May involve occasional physical activity related to traffic control and equipment handling.
