Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Accuro®EMR has the largest adoption in Canada and serves thousands of providers and millions of patients. Our patient platform Medeo leverages that market penetration and connects patients to their healthcare providers. Our supporting products round out a robust offering, connecting healthcare providers to their patients, their data and each other.
We are looking for a passionate Group Product Manager to lead our Clinic Time Savings strategy for Accuro EMR. You'll help drive our current mission of saving providers time with our prescription, EMR, scheduling, and patient engagement teams. This will include leading our innovation group by applying AI appropriately to solve pain points for clients facing major administrative burden.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage 3-5 product managers within your domain with weekly 1:1s, annual performance assessments and ongoing coaching as needed

Lead by example, coach, and develop our outcome-driven product managers to:
- Own the subject matter expertise for their product, customer, and user needs
- Own the hands-on experience of their product, including a working understanding of the technical solution
- Support and reinforce the development team’s connection to its customers and priorities
- Communicate progress and challenges back out to stakeholders as required
- Develop associated Product Requirements Documents, Business Cases, and Product Launch Plans
- Gather use scenarios, use cases, and requirements from customers, users, and stakeholders
- Determine appropriate success metrics to systematically measure product outcomes
- Lead competitive analysis and research for their product
- Deliver product demonstrations, lead webinars, and drive thought-leadership

Promote customer interaction, continuous delivery, right-sizing of solutions, and people-over-process through working examples, healthy relationships, earned trust, and informed decision-making

Support and participate in customer engagements including incident responses, sales demos, and government initiatives, as required

Be accountable for delivering great products to the market that excite customers and users

Be an awesome product evangelist, passionate student, and brave explorer
This job is both an individual contributor role and a management role. As an individual contributor for your portfolio, you will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic. As a group product manager, you will model professionalism, lead by example, remove blocks, and drive adoption of best practices, while building a high performing team.
Additional Duties and Expectations:
- Promote QHR’s CORE framework to foster a collaborative, positive and efficient workplace,
- Contribute to the organization’s positive image both internally and externally,
- Perform other duties consistent with the position, as reasonably directed by your manager.
Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years working on technology-powered products as a product manager or similar role
- Visionary with focus on strategy, teamwork, finance, analysis, and execution
- Intellectually curious with solid leadership, communication, people, and problem-solving skills
- Deep experience leading and motivating virtual teams
- Assets include Agile Scrum Certifications, Pragmatic Institute training, clinical healthcare or healthcare technology experience, and/or experience with Accuro
Compensation and Logistics:

Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
- Hiring Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annual
- Final pay for this position may depend on candidate knowledge, skills, experience and location

Moderate travel required as needed – primarily local within your geographic area (estimated 1 – 2 trips per year outside your geographic area, within Canada).
