The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the marketing engine of a growing enterprise SaaS and services company.
You will be responsible for generating pipeline, strengthening customer retention and expansion, bringing new products to market, and implementing an AI-powered marketing stack that increases marketing effectiveness and productivity.

What You'll Own
Revenue Marketing
Build and execute Fullintel's annual marketing plan Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets Develop account-based marketing programs Define campaign strategy and messaging Improve website conversion performance Align closely with sales to support pipeline growth
Product Marketing
Partner with Product leadership to bring new products and features to market Translate product briefs into compelling feature-benefit stories Develop positioning and messaging frameworks Create launch plans and customer communication strategies Build sales enablement materials and competitive positioning Drive product awareness, adoption, and expansion opportunities
Customer Marketing
Develop customer communication programs Create structured product update and release communications Build case study and customer advocacy programs Support client retention and expansion efforts Develop executive-facing marketing assets
Vertical Marketing
Establish Fullintel as a thought leader within:
Pharma & Healthcare Communications Regulated Industries You will develop industry-specific messaging, campaigns, thought leadership, and account-based marketing strategies.
Strategic Partnerships & Events
Develop relationships with industry organizations Negotiate sponsorships and speaking opportunities Maximize lead generation and thought leadership opportunities Ensure events contribute to a measurable pipeline
AI Marketing Transformation
You will lead Fullintel's implementation of an AI-powered marketing stack.
Responsibilities include: Identifying and implementing AI marketing tools Building repeatable AI workflows Improving marketing productivity through automation Developing prompt libraries and campaign templates Leveraging AI for content creation, research, product marketing, customer communications, and demand generation

Marketing-sourced pipeline increases significantly Product launches follow a structured go-to-market process Customer marketing programs improve awareness and adoption Website conversion rates improve Strategic partnerships generate measurable opportunities AI is embedded throughout the marketing workflow Marketing becomes a predictable contributor to growth
Who You Are
You think in terms of pipeline, revenue, retention, and growth You are a strong writer and storyteller You can turn complex products into clear customer value You are comfortable building marketing systems from the ground up You understand enterprise buying cycles You enjoy working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success You embrace AI and use it daily to improve productivity and effectiveness You are equally comfortable creating strategy and executing high-impact initiatives
Ideal Background
8+ years of B2B marketing experience Experience in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies Strong product marketing and demand generation experience Experience launching software products and new features Experience with ABM, lifecycle marketing, and customer marketing Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms Experience implementing AI marketing tools and workflows Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written communication skills
Media monitoring experience is not required.
Enterprise SaaS growth experience is.
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus tied to pipeline growth, product adoption, and key marketing objectives.
