KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Washing dishes, cutlery and pots in an efficient and safe manner.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the dishwashing area. Responsible for restocking dishes, cutlery and cooking smallwares after washing.

Assumes responsibility for kitchen cleaning routines as per daily schedule, including end of night floor cleaning.

Maintains sound knowledge of Infection Control policy and procedures.

Adheres to safety rules and safe working practices.

Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a kitchen restaurant, hotel or similar environment.
- Previous training in WHMIS and Health and Safety an asset
- Familiar with standards of cleanliness and safe operation of a commercial kitchen
- Good communication skills and command of the English language
Hourly Rate:$18.26
