This is a contract engagement for an intermediate-level BI Developer with proven banking experience . We're looking for someone who can turn data into insights, build trusted dashboards, and ensure decision-makers have the clarity they need. This role is ideal for an incorporated independent consultant seeking part-time work.
Your Role Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver business value.
Write, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Collaborate with banking stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting outputs.
Contribute as part of a discreet, high-calibre consulting team trusted with critical mandates.
Your Profile 8 years experience as a BI Developer (intermediate level).
Strong background with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
Proficiency in SQL (query optimization, ETL, performance tuning).
Previous Banking Or Financial Services Experience Is Required. Strong communicator able to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
Must be based in Canada and legally incorporated.
