Impressive Click is a fast-growing web design & AI marketing studio. We build conversion-first websites and plug in AI-driven lead systems for service businesses. We’re adding a closer to turn our steady stream of booked appointments and warm leads into happy, long-term clients.
What you'll sell:
- Custom websites ($3k–$20k+) + monthly marketing/AI plans ($1.5k–$5k+/mo)
- Proven offers, case studies, and ROI calculators that make deals straightforward
What you'll do
- Run discovery + tailored demos/decks; map pains → clear solutions + ROI
- Present offers, handle objections, structure terms, and close on the call
- Send same-day proposals, follow up like a pro, and keep a clean CRM (mostly working in GoHighLevel and Google Sheets)
- Collaborate directly with the founder on offers, process and more.
You'll win here if you...
- Have at least 2–5+ years of B2B consultative closing (agency, SaaS, or marketing services)
- Consistently hit/exceed quota with 20–30%+ close rates on set appointments
- Are comfortable on Zoom, crisp with numbers, and lethal (but likable) with objections
- Are process-driven: notes, next steps, and follow-ups are second nature

Compensation
- Minimum earnings OR uncapped commission with accelerators and paid bonuses for speed-to-close
- Realistic OTE $150k–$200k+ for target performance; top performers can exceed
30/60/90 Day Expectations
- 30 days : product mastery, live calls, first closes on the board
- 60 days : 20%+ close rate on set appointments, reliable follow-up cadence
- 90 days : consistent weekly closes, scaling lead flow, clean pipeline, referral flywheel spinning
