Providing clear leadership to deliver agreed project outcomes on time, within budget and to the required quality. Coordinates teams to meet objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective day‑to‑day management. Drives commercial performance, managing risks and change to protect value and maintain strong project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Delivering high‑quality project planning, coordination and task management to meet agreed milestones.
  • Managing budgets, risks and long‑term business improvement aligned to Mace values.
  • Managing collaborative teams and stakeholders to achieve project KPIs and embed best practice.
  • Managing project planning, delivery and stakeholder coordination, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Managing project resources, budgets, risks and change, supporting timely and accurate programme delivery.
  • Overseeing procurement, documentation, handover requirements and robust quality systems.
  • Driving collaboration, innovation and best practice to achieve KPIs and support responsible, low‑carbon project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Professional accreditation (MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE) or working towards.
  • Experience in project management within construction environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional/apprenticeship experience.
  • Valid CSCS card or local equivalent.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
