Opportunity: IQ PARTNERS is pleased to support a well-established Canadian firm in their search for a Corporate Services & Legal Operations Law Clerk. This is a newly created position that would provide the opportunity to grow into a role with real ownership and long-term impact. It would be ideal for a Law Clerk who is analytical, detail-oriented, and geeks out over system optimization and process improvements. Overview: Manage annual corporate maintenance from start to finish Review corporate minute books, identify deficiencies, and prepare documentation required to rectify records and ensure ongoing compliance. Prepare and file provincial and extra-provincial documents. Prepare annual resolutions and related corporate documentation. Maintain accurate digital corporate records and ensure information is consistently reflected across internal systems. Support the implementation of standardized workflows, procedures, and legal operations initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance corporate services Liaise with lawyers, clients, and other relevant parties What we’re looking for: Law Clerk certificate/diploma from an accredited institution Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk, in a corporate services department, or working with corporate records specializing in corporate compliance and governance of entities Experience working with a high volume of digital minute books Knowledge of Ontario and Federal annual corporate maintenance compliance requirements (OBCA/CBCA) Compensation & Benefits: $60,000-$75,000 starting salary Comprehensive benefits from day 1 Hybrid work environment Annual salary reviews
