Golf Services Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Liaison between Director of Golf/Head Professional and Golf Services staff, executing expectations to the standards outlined pertaining to:
- First point of contact Member and Guest interactions
- Monitoring driving range usage
- Managing pace of play on the golf course
- Responsible for managing Outside Golf Services such as Member and Guest greeting, golf club washing, golf cart cleaning/maintenance, driving range operation.
- Assist with tournament set up and other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf/Head Professional.
- Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues.
Qualifications
- Must excel in customer service skills.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Must have very good time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team management structure.
- Proven ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays**.**
- Member of the PGA of Canada considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Golf Genius tournament software considered an asset.
This is a seasonal position.
