We are looking for a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to help translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity:

Our client, a leading digital commerce and technology organization, seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic mobile application project (iOS & Android). You will lead a team of mobile developers and collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver an MVP and a full production launch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the mobile engineering team in building a next-generation iOS & Android app.

• Set the technical vision and manage architectural decisions for scalable and high-quality solutions.

• Drive execution of delivery timelines for MVP and full product launch.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and create realistic technical plans.

• Ensure seamless integration between frontend, BFF, and backend services.

• Apply best practices in software development, testing, and operational excellence.

• Proactively manage risks and bottlenecks, and implement escalation processes.

• Manage onshore and offshore development partners for consistent delivery quality.

• Coach, mentor, and retain development talent, driving continuous team improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, managing mobile development teams

• Strong technical knowledge of iOS and Android app development

• Experience with React for frontend development

• Experience managing integrations with Backend For Frontend (BFF) architectures.

• Ability to handle technical and process change management

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture

• Ability to deliver complex technical projects on time

• Experience implementing and managing projects using Agile methodologies

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Immediate availability and willingness to work in-office a couple of days per week
