The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As our Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator, you are the gears that keep the Grain Systems Division moving. You’ll be the point person for ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it.
- Logistics Mastery: Coordinate freight and manage complex logistics to keep operations seamless.
- Inventory Control: Take ownership of inventory levels and accuracy.
- Financial Accuracy: Generate purchase orders and handle invoicing with high attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Share your creative ideas to help us streamline our processes.
Who You Are
You are a self-motivated professional who stays upbeat under pressure.
The Essentials:
- The Experience: You have a solid background in generating POs, invoicing, and managing inventory.
- The Mindset: You are results-oriented, organized, and have a "team-first" attitude.
- The Drive: You’re eager to learn the ins and outs of Grain Systems equipment.
- The Edge: Previous experience in Accounting or Finance is a major asset.
