In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for quoting fire deficiencies and making recommendations that are generated from the service inspections performed by our skilled fire alarm technicians.Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is one of the largest suppliers of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Security, Nurse call and Communications Systems in Canada. • Pricing fire deficiencies and recommendations that are generated from the service inspections.
• Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities pertaining to retrofit projects and tenant improvements.
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders/contracts;
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
• Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Updating account and customer information.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study considered an asset
• Experience in Fire Alarm inspection, testing, maintenance and/or sales
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
