TON RÔLE Tu souhaites participer à des projets ambitieux et jouer un rôle clé dans le développement de nos villes ? NEUF c herche un technologue en architecture senior pour joindre son équipe à Montréal. En collaboration directe avec un architecte associé, tu participeras activement à une variété de mandats institutionnels et résidentiels.
TON QUOTIDIEN
- Effectuer les visites et/ou inspections de chantier et rédiger les rapports (sur la plateforme Procore) et suivis ;
- Évaluer et commenter les demandes de paiement ;
- Préparer et émettre les certificats de paiement ;
- Évaluer et commenter le coût des changements ;
- Effectuer le suivi de QRT/RFI auprès de l’entrepreneur général, conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet ;
- Coordonner les changements avec les autres disciplines, conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet ;
- Assister et organiser (conjointement avec le/la chargée de projet) les réunions d’équipe ;
- Constituer une ressource d’équipe pour les dessins d’atelier et fiches techniques, en coordination avec le/la chargée de projet ;
- Représenter NEUF aux réunions de chantier hebdomadaires et préparer le résumé, pour suivi et coordination avec l’équipe architecture et design intérieur ;
- Établir les priorités selon besoins au chantier ;
- Vérifier et commenter les directives avant leur émission.

YOUR ROLE Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team in Montreal.
Working directly with a partner architect, you will be actively involved in a variety of institutional and residential projects.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Conduct site visits and/or inspections, writing reports (using Procore platform) and follow-ups ;
- Review and comment on payment requests ;
- Prepare and issue payment certificates ;
- Evaluate and comment on the cost of changes ;
- Follow up on QRT/RFI with the general contractor, in collaboration with the project manager ;
- Coordinate changes with other disciplines, in collaboration with the project manager ;
- Serve as a team resource for shop drawings and technical data sheets, in coordination with the project manager ;
- Represent NEUF at weekly site meetings and prepare summaries for coordination with the architecture and interior design teams ;
- Set priorities based on site needs ;
- Review and comment on instructions prior to issuance.
Profil TES COMPÉTENCES
- DEC technique en architecture ;
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente ;
- Connaissance des codes et règlements en vigueur ;
- Détenir de solides connaissances techniques ;
- Maîtriser les logiciels AutoCAD et Revit.
Your Skills
- DEC in architectural technology ;
- Demonstrate 5 to 10 years of relevant experience ;
- Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations ;
- Strong technical knowledge ;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software ;
