About Felix
Founded in 2019, Felix is a digital healthcare company that puts the patient in control of their own health and wellbeing. We’re passionate about building technology and beautiful customer experiences to make healthcare more accessible (and more enjoyable) for all Canadians.
Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care. We deliver care across a growing range of daily health categories such as weight loss, birth control, menopause, erectile dysfunction, acne and more.
Description
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to own and evolve Felix’s public marketing website (https://www.felixforyou.ca), and related web infrastructure, which gets 7 million visits a year!
You’ll be the technical leader responsible for the architecture, performance, and reliability of our public-facing web experience: from our homepage and landing pages to campaign tooling and CMS integrations. Your work will directly power how we reach, educate, and convert new patients. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and growth teams to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll write code, guide implementation, and drive architectural decisions while also supporting cross-functional partners with tools and processes that unlock creativity and speed. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about craft and user experience, but also knows how to balance polish with pragmatism.
Our marketing website is powered by Webflow, so experience with it is a big plus.
If you apply, please include links to marketing sites you've worked on. We’d love to see examples of your work.

- Set technical direction and standards for the marketing site - including deployment workflows, testing, analytics, and CMS tooling
- Work hands-on across the stack to ship features and solve problems end-to-end
- Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows, improve performance, and scale our web platform as the team and business grow
- Manage and collaborate with a contract developer
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining modern marketing websites
- Experience with Webflow is strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in JS, CSS, HTML, incl. performance, polish, and responsive design
- Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices
- Experience with CMS platforms, content workflows, analytics, and A/B testing
- Comfortable working independently, taking ambiguous problems and turning them into live features with real impact
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with product, design, and marketing teams
Benefits
- Full medical, dental and vision benefits
- Maternity/paternity policy
- 4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)

- Professional development opportunities, working closely with founders and the senior leadership team
Location: Toronto, Remote (Canada). We have an office in Toronto, but are currently working remotely and open to candidates from anywhere in Canada.
Our commitment to an inclusive team culture means embracing diversity and offering equitable access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded. About Felix
Whether it’s sex, hair, skin, or just plain life, Felix is about giving people easier access to the lifestyle healthcare they need. But “easier access” doesn’t just mean more convenient. By introducing a new model of care, we’re on a mission to change behaviours, attitudes, and conventions around personal health.
