Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HRMS Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Payroll (PY) and Travel & Expense Management (TEM) to support our large enterprise HR operations. This role focuses on analyzing HR processes, configuring SAP HR modules, and supporting payroll and travel expense management systems to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.

Responsibilities:

· Solicit and assess HR and payroll business requirements, and conduct fit/gap analysis.

· Design HR solutions including data migration/conversion for payroll and travel expense processes.

· Create data migration/conversion scripts specific to PY and TEM.

· Model AS-IS and TO-BE HR processes within SAP HRMS.

· Develop SAP configuration to meet HR and payroll requirements.

· Create developer specifications and support SAP HR development teams.

· Develop and execute unit and integration tests for HR/Payroll functionality.

· Maintain all documentation related to HRMS processes, payroll, and TEM.

· Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to junior HRMS analysts.

· Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Qualifications:

· 10–12 years of SAP HRMS implementation and operational experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of Payroll and Travel & Expense Management modules.

· Working with clients to solicit and document HR, payroll, and TEM business requirements; designing solutions; developing technical specifications for System Developers and liaising with them; completing SAP HRMS configuration; testing solutions; and rolling out changes to HR/Finance user community.

· Responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and conducting system testing related to payroll and TEM enhancements, problem resolution, system upgrades, and other HR IT projects.

· Act as Project Leader for moderately complex, small-in-scope HR projects or participate in larger SAP HR software initiatives.

· Provide consulting advice and expertise to HR and Finance groups concerning SAP HR functionality, focusing on meeting their business objectives.

· Provide system problem resolution and user assistance for SAP HRMS modules, payroll processes, TEM, and relevant interfaces.

· Develop and execute queries and reports for HR, payroll, and travel expense operations.

· Research and stay current with new SAP HRMS functionality, including PY and TEM enhancements.

· May direct or participate in the development and delivery of end-user training for HR and finance teams.

· Utilize SAP tools and department-standard processes such as REMEDY, ServiceNow, Azure Boards, ACCESS databases, and configuration/documentation standards.

· Provide guidance and mentoring to junior HRMS staff.
