We’re currently looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands to join our Production team as an AssemblyTechnician. This is an entry-level role; perfect for students or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position: Assembly Technician (Entry Level)
Location: Winnipeg, MB – 2168 Springfield Road
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Day Shift
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Assemble latches and components for our Grille Guards
-
Use basic hand tools
-
Follow simple instructions to complete assemblies
-
Check your work to ensure it meets quality standards
-
Work with your team to keep production moving
What We’re Looking For:

Enjoys hands-on work and building things
-
Comfortable using basic tools or willing to learn

Good attention to detail
-
Reliable and shows up ready to work

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Open to students or those new to manufacturing
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Must have safety boots
-
Reliable transportation required (not accessible by public transit)
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
